The End Of DMP’s Holiday Donation Campaign

The Diabetes App 

[Toronto, Canada, December 29, 2020] The DMP team would like to thank everyone that took part in our donation campaign that happened over the holidays. The campaign aimed at raising awareness about the importance of access to insulin, while helping children with diabetes struggling to afford it. We partnered up with the foundation HADC (Help a Diabetic Child) and ran a “one share=$1” campaign. 

For every time the post was shared on Instagram, $1 went towards helping provide funds to those who needed financial assistance to purchase insulin. With the help of our supporters, we were about to generate 508 shares through Instagram. DMP has decided to double the contribution, resulting in a grand total of $1,016 to be donated to HADC. When we come together, we become stronger as a community and help provide life-saving medication to those who need it. Your contribution is much appreciated and we want to thank you for your time.
